仪表/智能电表

Power Integrations可提供一系列高度集成的高压IC,用于设计电表及自动抄表系统(ARM)应用中的电源。每片IC都包含一个高压功率MOSFET,它在一个单芯片上集成了控制及保护电路。

特色包括:

对于要求1.9倍输入电压下仍需安全工作的电表应用,Power Integrations有集成900V MOSFET的三个系列的产品可供选择,可安全工作于450VAC的输入电压。

  • InnoSwitch3-EP 内部集成同步整流控制器以增加效率。适合于功率大于10W的ARM电表电源应用
  • LinkSwitch-XT2 为适用于10W以下隔离和非隔离小功率电源应用的低元件数开关电源解决方案
  • LinkSwitch-TN2 用于替代非隔离降压型电源的高效、低元件数离线开关解决方案

工业控制

Power Integrations针对工业应用推出了一系列高度集成的高压IC。每片IC都在一个单一晶片上同时集成了一个高压功率MOSFET及其它控制及保护电路。其功能特点包括电流限流及故障情况下具有自动恢复特性的热关断保护特点,从而可以提高可靠性。另外,频率调制特性可以降低EMI。

电机控制

Power Integrations提供了一系列针对电机控制及小直流电机驱动辅助电源的高度集成高压IC。每个IC都在单个芯片上集成了一个≥700 V的功率MOSFET、控制电路及保护电路。它所拥有的产品特色包括电流限流、提高可靠性且具有自动故障恢复功能的过热关断保护特性、降低电磁干扰的频率调制特性以及显著降低待机能耗的EcoSmart 技术。
