LinkSwitch-3系列IC通过省去光耦器和次级控制电路,可以大大简化低功率CV/CC充电器的设计。该器件采用了革新性的控制技术,能够提供非常精确的输出电压和电流调节,补偿变压器和内部参数公差以及输入电压变化。

该器件在一个单片IC上集成了一个725 V的功率MOSFET、新颖的开/关控制状态机、一个自偏置的高压开关电流源、频率抖动、逐周期电流限制及迟滞热关断电路。
