HiperPFS™-3系列器件将一个连续导通模式(CCM)升压PFC控制器、栅极驱动器、超低反向恢复二极管和高压功率MOSFET集成在一个紧凑且具良好散热性能的封装中。HiperPFS-3产品系列采用数字增强电路,可在高压输入下将20%负载点的功率因数提高到0.92以上,该产品系列还采用高效的“轻载”工作模式,可实现低于60 mW的空载功耗。

HiperPFS-3产品系列的变频连续导通工作模式可通过维持较低的平均开关频率和频率调制来降低损耗,从而抑制峰值EMI。采用HiperPFS-3器件的系统通常能降低转换器的总X和Y电容要求以及升压扼流圈和EMI噪声抑制扼流圈的电感,从而降低整体系统尺寸和成本。

HiperPFS-3器件所需的外围元件极少,不仅节省电路板空间,还能降低系统BOM成本以及与检测电阻相关的功率损耗。
