Summary
The SCALE-iFlex XLT dual-channel plug-and-play gate drivers support single LV100 (Mitsubishi), XHP™ 2 (Infineon), HPnC (Fuji) and equivalent semiconductor modules with a blocking voltage of up to 2300V. The gate driver features an electrical interface, NTC read-out and a built-in DC-DC power supply. The isolated NTC readout reduces hardware requirements and enhances reliability by eliminating multiple cables, connectors and isolation-barrier crossing components. The SCALE-iFlex XLT gate driver also protects the power switches in the event of short-circuit.
