PI's Qspeed H Series Silicon Diodes now offer 625 V-rated options with efficiency performance similar to SiC diodes.The new parts increases the current rating to 20 A and 30 A, addressing the power requirements of servers. telecomm, networking and industrial AC-DC power supplies.
