플러그 앤 플레이 2SP0430 게이트 드라이버 제품군은 2레벨 및 3레벨 애플리케이션의 1200V 및 1700 V PrimePACK™ 3+ IGBT 파워 모듈의 작동에 최적화되었습니다.

이 게이트 드라이버는 15V 로직 DC/DC 파워 서플라이가 내장된 전기적 인터페이스를 특징으로 합니다.

파워 인테그레이션스(Power Integrations)의 Dynamic Advanced Active Clamping 를 통해 태양광(PV) 및 재생 애플리케이션(예: 트랙션)에서 IGBT 오프 상태의 DC 링크 전압 범위를 60s까지 확장할 수 있습니다.
