Hello!
I got in my design GAP = 0.138 mm.
The manufacturer offers a ferrite core with a value of 0.25 mm.
How can I manage the value of GAP in my project?
I want to get the value of GAP, which offers a manufacturer of ferrites: 0.25mm, 0.5mm and so on.
You can use the Goal Seek function to change LG by adjusting the parameters in the drop down box. VOR or KP may be good places to start.
It is not always possible to achieve a fixed gap length in a practical design. Most switch mode power supply transformers are custom made for this reason.
